Dust in the Wind

My philosophical beliefs have long led me to the realization that, from a universal perspective, I and all I know of are truly insignificant.  Time is the most important thing to people, yet most don’t even know of its supreme relevance.  The underlying irony of this is that the universe is indifferent to time, but as people, it’s all we really have.  The song “Dust in the Wind” reminds me of how important it is to live, because of how quickly life goes by.  You only get one shot at life, so you should intend on making it count.  I always want to seize the day, live to the fullest.  One day our lives and our legacy will be nothing more than dust in the wind.
