Hard Knocks

Life comes down to how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.  I have taken some hard hits, many people in my situation would have folded tent and just given up.  I refuse to give up.  This is about surviving on your own, and through harsh conditions, as if never accepting defeat was more important than achieving victory.  Well I’m surviving, and have been doing it on my own since I was fifteen.  Frankly, I don’t know how else everything that has happened to me could have otherwise come to be.  I’ve always known that there is only one person who’s the boss of me… me.  And I am certain I will not merely endure, I will prevail.
